BOIL WATER ORDER LIFTED

The Boil Water Order issued for services on Willow Grove Rd. beginning at the substation to the end of Walnut Grove Rd . including Raintree Rd., Elam Rd., Blue Hole Rd., Jenny Ridge and Pickering Lane has been lifted.

Due to a valve replacement, there is now a boil order issued for services on Willow Grove Rd. and beginning at the substation to the end of Walnut Grove Rd . This has also affected Raintree Rd., Elam Rd., Blue Hole Rd., Jenny Ridge and Pickering Lane.
Scheduled Maintenance

Due to a valve replacement there will be a water outage on Willow Grove Rd and all of Walnut Grove Rd. This will also effect Raintree Rd. to Elam Rd and a portion of Blue Hole Rd. Once repairs are complete we will issue a boil order for these services. We do apoligize for the late notice.

The Boil Order for services south on Highway 145 S starting at Hwy 34 S junction to Winkleman Rd., including 170 Winkleman Rd. has been lifted. Repairs on Blackman Hill Rd are underway so services between 1420 to 2955 on Blackman Hill will be on a Boil Order.
Leak Located & Boil Order to Follow Repairs

Thanks to Jim Williams for his assistance in pin pointing our leak. Crews will begin repairs once JULIE clears the site to dig. Services from 1425 to 2955 Blackman Hill Rd will be affected. Once repairs are made those services will be on a boil order for approximately 2 - 3 days. As always, we thank you for patiences and assistance today. Assistance Locating a Leak

Dear Customers,
Mitchellville Water District crews are currently investigating a small water leak within our service area. Because the leak has not yet breached the surface as a major line break, we need your eyes on the ground to help us find it quickly and prevent a large disruption.
What to look for on or near your property:
- Unusual Wet Spots: Muddy areas or standing water in your yard or other areas that are normally dry.
- Irregular Patches of Grass: Sections of grass that are suddenly much greener or growing faster than the surrounding lawn.
- Hissing or Rushing Sounds: The sound of water running near known district water lines.
- Pavement Dampness: Dark, damp spots on the street or sidewalk that do not dry up.
If you spot any of these signs, please note the exact location and call our office or immediately at 618-252-4051, 618-294-0425 or Jason at 618-499-3591.
District Wide Boil Order Lifted

There is still a Boil Order for services south on Highway 145 S starting at Hwy 34 S junction to Winkleman Rd., including 170 Winkleman Rd. The district wide boil order has officially been lifted. Have a great weekend!
District Boil Order Continues & New Order Issued

A new boil order has been issued for services that are south on Highway 145 S beginning at Hwy 34 S junction. This also includes 170 Winkleman Rd. This new Boil Order is expected to last until Tuesday. We do anticipate the district wide boil order to offically be lifted tomorrow.

Due to a service repair there will be a boil order for Zola Rd. Zola Ln & Garden Heights Rd as soon as water is restored.
In addition, all side roads both East and West of 145 S, from Myers Road to Mitchellsvile Store & on Hwy 34 S to Somerset Rd still remain on a boil order. The office is now closed but if you have an emergency please call, 618-294-0425 or Jason at 618-499-3591.

There is now a boil order for all services on HWY 145 S from Winkleman to Myers Rd, including all roads east and west off of 145 S. Services on Hwy 34 S were not affected by this incident.

There has been a main break on 145 S. It has been isolated and water is off from Winkleman Rd to Battleford Rd. Repairs will begin as soon as the Emergency JULIE clears. Once water is restored all affected services will be on a boil order.
